Dennis Kubica
Dennis wanted to disrupt the engineering industry when he stepped out on his own from the corporate solutions world nearly 30 years ago. The path, now filled with success that has Kubica working with Fortune 500 companies, wasn’t always easy. The first contract Dennis landed forced the experienced electrical engineer to teach himself how to write and install software that would avert a potential production shutdown related to the Y2K millennium change. Dennis delivered, earning the money and the trust that he, and eventually those that work for him, will innovate and find solutions to any problem. As founder and CEO of Kubica Corp, Dennis empowers his people to do their very best with every client interaction and solution provided. He has created an entrepreneurial culture within Kubica, all the while moving society forward with every solution and keeping a commitment to continuous improvement. In addition to leading Kubica Corp, Dennis is an avid and dedicated golfer, and if not on a local course, can be found on the range. Playing in Pro Ams is one of his favorite activities.
Jen Kubica
As CFO, Jen is responsible for administrative, financial, and risk management operations, including the ongoing development of financial and operational strategies, metrics tied to those strategies, and the ongoing development and monitoring of financial control systems as well as collaborating in key decisions as a member of the executive team. She has also held various management positions at Franklin Covey and served as a software developer for The Dearborn Group. When not in the office, you can find her traveling with her husband and four children, on a local golf course or training for her very first triathlon.
John Krebs
John joined Kubica Corp in 2010 as a controls engineer and quickly escalated to a leader within the organization where he manages a team of controls and electrical engineers to be provide world class solutions for clients. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a mathematics minor from Wayne State University. Prior to joining Kubica Corp, he worked in the steel industry and tier one auto. John brings a diverse understanding and perspective across many industries and applications. He thinks he is normal, but says the outside viewpoint may differ.
Nick Walker
Nick brings an extensive background in computer science. Since junior high, when the first personal computers were made available, he has been tweaking and hacking computers and software. As Software Leader for Kubica Corp, he manages a team that brings bleeding edge technologies to fruition for clients. A graduate of Wayne State University where he received his B.S. in Computer Science on a full 4-year scholarship, he has been working the software field ever since. A true Michigander that loves fast cars, hiking, and tropical vacations with his wife and son, Avery.
